Do you accept international orders?
No, we only accept orders from and ship to addresses inside of Australia. However, we can ship products overseas if your Australian business has a branch in another country and you consider ordering in large quantities. Please enquire about shipping rates.

Do I need to register to order at AlphaStore?
Yes. You must register here. Once you set up your account you can use all the functionalities of our website including creating quotes, mark your favourite products and more. If you've forgotten your password, please use this form.

Can you offer better prices than the ones displayed on your website?
The prices shown on our website are usually the best prices we can do. If you are considering ordering in larger quantities, please use the QuickEnquiry form below the price tag to get in touch with us. We can usually offer discounts depending on the quantity.

I made a mistake on my order, how do I fix this?
Please get in touch with us as soon as possible by either sending an email (include your order number!) or calling us. You can find our contact details here.

How can I create a quote?
To create a quote simply add your products to the shopping basket. Click on the "View Basket" link in the red bar at the top to view your basket. Then click the "Create Quote" button below the list of products in your basket and follow the steps.

What credit cards do you accept?
You can pay with your Visa, Master or BankCard. We don't accept American Express. Apologies for any inconvenience.

Is paying with a credit card safe?
At AlphaStore we are using the most up-to-date technology to reduce the risk of credit card fraud. Our payment gateway is located on a 128 bit SSL secured server. Your credit card details are not stored on our servers but sent directly to SecurePay who will process your credit card details in real time. If 3D security is enabled on your credit card, you will be prompted to fill out your details accordingly.

What are your shipping rates?
The shipping rates depend on the total weight of your order. Rates start at $14.00 for orders below 3 kg. (All rates here) You are able to choose the correct shipping rates during the checkout process. Please note that for remote areas additional shipping costs may apply.

Where do I find the weight of my products?
Usually the weight of the product is mentioned in the detailed description. If you can't find the weight and you are unsure what freight-cost category to choose during checkout, please contact us.

Can I pick up my order from your office in Melbourne?
Yes. Please read this important note regarding pickups.

How long will the delivery take?
If the item is in stock, you can usually expect a delivery within 1-3 working days. If the item is not in stock, we can generally order it in within 5-10 days. However, delivery times may vary from item to item. Please enquire if you need a more specific delivery date.
