Freight charges depend on the total weight of your order and are added during the checkout process. Please note that additional freight charges may apply for remote areas in Australia. Prices inc. GST. Delivery through couriers only!

Delivery times

Delivery time is usually 1-2 business days if all items are in stock and if the order is received by 2 pm. Delivery can occur any time between 9am-5pm on weekdays. Please note that we only deliver to Australian physical addresses. We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes, as all deliveries are sent with couriers who must obtain a signature at time of delivery. They are not permitted to leave goods without a signature and will return the goods back to our warehouse in the event that nobody is available to sign for the goods.

Pick Ups - Important Note

Items showing "in stock" in our catalogue are not physically held at our store. Due to the large number of items available, we use the warehouse facilities of product manufactures, distributors and wholesalers. Most items are shipped directly from these locations to you and can not be picked up from our warehouse immediately after the purchase was made. So, if you selected "pick-up" as your delivery method, allow 1-2 days for the item to be delivered to our warehouse in Abbotsford, Melbourne. One of our staff will contact you when you order is ready for pick-up.
