All orders placed through this web site are subject to confirmation and acceptance by Alpha Computer (Aust) Pty Ltd. Alpha Computer may vary prices in the event of price changes or mistakes made by suppliers on reasonable prior notice to you. If Alpha Computer requests payment for increased prices, you may cancel the order by giving notice to Alpha Computer, which must be received within seven days of the announcement of the increase.
We have a general lien on the Goods and on any other of your goods for all Charges due to us or which become due to us on any account whether for the Service or any other of our services. If the Charges are not paid by you or the person nominated by you, we may without notice:
(a) store the Goods as we think fit at your risk and expense; or
(b) open any package and sell all or any of the Goods as we think fit and apply the proceeds to discharge the lien and costs of sale.

RETURN POLICY

Return within 7 days of purchase

1) All returns must be claimed within 7 days of receipt of the product, and must be authorised by Alpha Computer. If we are to receive a returned product without prior approval we shall return it to you at your expense. All returns are subject to a 15% to 25% restocking charge (Dependant on the product) and shipping charges are not refundable. Please include proof of purchase, such as a copy of your original sales invoice or packing slip. Your banking or credit card details are also required for reimbursement of your refund.

2) All returns must be unopened and include original factory packaging (foam plastic wrappings, etc.) blank unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork. Do not deface original factory cartons or packaging in any manner. We will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition. Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted.

3) Products with "Obsolete Items Return Policiy" written on their invoice cannot be returned to Alpha Computer for refund.

4) Products that fail within 7 days of invoice are considered DOA (Dead on arrival) and we will replace this item. If the product returned under DOA is found not to be faulty, there will be a ‘No Fault’fee incurred of $80.00 per item.

5) Please Fill out our online form here. A service representative assesses the claim and will get in touch with you shortly afterwards to issue you with a Return Authorisation Number. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund as you requested.

Return after 7 days of purchase

In the event that a product that is bought from us fails after seven days and was purchased with warranty, the brand or vendor is responsible for fixing or replacing your faulty product. Therefore, it is up to you to contact the brand or vendor associated with your product. On occasions we have been known to assist in returning a product for repair. If we are unable to assist you in returning a product, please realise that we are not obliged to do so.
